General Appointment Policies

  1. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash and checks.
  2. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so within 24 hours whenever possible.
  3. If I need to cancel an appointment, I do so within 24 hours whenever possible.

Client Policies

  1. Clients are treated with respect and dignity.
  2. Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
  3. Clients are draped with a sheet or towel at all times during the session. Only the parts of the body being worked on are exposed at any time.
  4. I keep records and review charts prior to each session.
  5. I customize my treatment to meet the client’s needs.
